Pros- states could tax there people how they see fit.(L33tgamer)
Cons- crimanals could go and take a lesser punishment just by going to a diffrent state.(l33tgamer).
Large vs. Small States

Pros- there would be more money to trade with the other contries, towns and citys would be able to fix, build, and pay there soldors.(L33tgamer).
Cons- the only way someone could pay was with goods or other valuables, the government wanted sillver or gold.
Armies / Militias
Pros- the country could protect the country and the states could protect them selfs, you could chose to be or not be in the army/militia, and the states if they tried to take over the country the army could stop them no problum.(L33tgamer).
Cons- if the army needed to they would take residence in a state even if the state did not want anyone to get to reside in the state.(L33tgamer).
